1. Who we are

Solar4You ("Solar4You", "we") is a solar energy company —solar panels, backup batteries, financing and maintenance— operating in Puerto Rico with an office at 107 Ave. González Giusti, Guaynabo, PR 00966. This policy describes how we handle the personal information you give us through this website (solar4you.pro) and our contact channels.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to share with us:

• Quote and contact forms: name, phone, email, town, approximate bill, the service you are interested in and the message you write.
• Calls and messages: the information you give us when you call 787-553-0657, email us or use the site chat.

This site does not request or store payment card numbers, passwords or financial information.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request, schedule assessment visits and follow up.
• To prepare service proposals and manage contracted projects.
• To send you communications related to your request or service. We only send promotional communications if you authorize it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with:

• Fix Home 360, a related company with which we share an office and customer management systems, in order to handle your request.
• Technology service providers that help us operate (for example web hosting, email, chat and customer management systems), who are required to protect your information and use it only to provide their services to us.
• Financing and installation partners when the service you request requires it (for example solar financing options), and only with your knowledge.
• Authorities, when required by law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The informational pages of this site do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store your light/dark theme preference in your browser; that data never leaves your device.

The site chat is provided by a third party (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel). If you use it, that provider may use cookies and process the conversation data under its own privacy policy.

The site fonts are served from our own server; they are not loaded from third-party services.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as the Fix Home 360 consultant portal and roofing service, or to our social media. When you visit them, your data is subject to each site's or platform's privacy policy.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep request and quote data for as long as needed to handle it and provide reasonable commercial follow-up. Data for customers with contracted services is kept for the duration of the contract and warranty periods, and afterwards for as long as applicable legal and tax obligations require.

8. How we protect your information

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), internal access controls and limiting the staff who can view the data. No system is infallible, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your information, where no legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep it.
• Stop sending you promotional communications.
